All camps are focused on youth wrestling skills, and offer a positive and fun training environment for elementary & middle school boys and girls (ages 5-13 only). Beginner and experienced wrestlers are welcome. We modify training to accommodate all skill levels. Focusing on wrestling skills such as rules/scoring, positioning/stance, defense/offense, hand fighting, takedowns, pin holds, and escapes. We also include CORE Values (ie. respect, work ethic, etc.), games, fitness, and basic tumbling to build confidence in all sports and life! 

• • Ages: 5-13 years old only. 
  • Attire: T-shirt, Shorts or Sweat Pants, Wrestling Shoes (Dick's Sporting Goods) or Bare Feet (like martial arts).
  • Food: We have water fountains and a vending machine (water, gatorade. protein shakes). Bring your own if needed. 
  • Hours: 9:00 AM-12:00 Noon.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Price: We recently updated our pricing and will provide refunds to anyone who registered early, and over-paid. $75 per camp day. $200 1 week. $300 2 weeks. $375 3 weeks. • Online Registration:  Closes 2 days prior at 5:00 PM.
• Walk-In Registration: Available on day of camp (credit/debit only). $100 per camp day or pay weekly rates listed above.  
• Camp Cancellations: Camps may be cancelled if enrollments do not meet minimum numbers or due to weather. You will be notified by email and a credit will be given.
