Thanks, Coach! Holden’s transformation physically, socially, and emotionally has been amazing. He’s seeing where hard work, goal setting, and determination can take him…all great life skills.

I don't know what sort of brainwahsing you guys did with my son this off season, but he was an animal this weekend. I just got to sit back and enjoy wrestling. Really think the difference was the individual sessions and mindset stuff. Well done!

Thank you so much to everyone at CORE! I really appreciate you guys allowing me to train and use your facilities. I know it's just a part of your mission, but it's so much more to me. I feel that all of the CORE Coaches are the reason I became a Division 1 NCAA Wrestler. The mold and mentality at CORE helped me a lot. Additionally, the CORE Values, posted on the walls, gave me a standard to keep myself in check. So, thank you so much to all the CORE Coaches and members who helped me. I really appreciate it!
